Welcome to The Round 12 MOTIVATIONAL MASTERY Podcast Show! This, our 4th Episode, will focus on The Mastermind Principle! The age old concept of Working Together and being effective as a team is still as valuable and important as it ever was. The Mastermind Principle is stated as: "two or more people (minds) working together in harmony for a common goal." While it sounds simple, it hardly ever is. This episode explores some of the points of interest that govern how we can be effective in working as A TEAM, and what some examples of Great Teamwork look, sound, feel, think, function and accomplish like! This Round 12 presentation, like all the others is not designed to tell anyone what to do, or to judge how You, DO YOU! However, it is intended to give spicy, tasty and sometimes nutritious FOOD FOR THOUGHT! This format was built as a focus and reminder that if you Conceive an Idea and Believe in your Ability, no matter how crazy and difficult some things can get, you can still ACHIEVE what you set out for.
